Care & Maintenance
Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or water. excessive exposure to the sun or water can cause the colours to fade over time. if your pet enjoys swimming or playing in the water, we recommend removing it beforehand.
Clean your collar regularly (or when you remember xD), wiping your collar down with a damp cloth as needed to remove dirt and grime. avoid using any harsh chemicals or abrasive materials, as this may damage the beads or cords
Store your collar in a safe place . when not in use, store your collar in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight or water.
Size & Fit
Use a soft measuring tape (in meters) and measure around the base of your pet's neck, where their collar normally sits. if you don't have a soft measuring tape, you can use a piece of string or ribbon to measure and then measure that against a ruler.
If your pet's neck circumference falls between two sizes, we recommend sizing up for comfort, or mentioning the exact size in the details section.
