What is the return policy?
yes. you can return products within 14 days of receiving your order, as long as they are unused and in their original packaging.
What is the exchange policy?
at the moment we do not offer direct exchanges. if you want a different product or size, you can return the original item and place a new order.
When will I get my order?
each collar is handmade with care, so please allow 7–10 business days for production. once shipped, delivery usually takes 24–48 hours, depending on your location.
How do i choose the right size for my pet?

What materials do you use? Are they waterproof?
our collars are made using durable cords, beads and hypoallergenic materials, designed to be both stylish and comfortable for your pet.
they can handle everyday adventures, but we recommend avoiding long exposure to water to preserve the colours and materials.
