we strive to ensure that your order is processed and shipped as quickly as possible. all of our collars are handcrafted and made-to-order, so please allow 12-14 working days for production time .

once your order is complete, we will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can track your package.

we currently only offer shipping within Europe. please note that shipping fees may vary depending on the size and weight of your order.

please ensure that your shipping address is accurate before placing your order . if the shipping address is incorrect and the package is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange for re-shipment at an additional cost.
