we sincerely want you to be happy with your purchase. but if for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and we'll be happy to help!

to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it . it must also be in the original packaging

to initiate a return, please contact us at contact@funkmypet.ro with your order number and a description of the issue . we'll provide you with instructions on how to return your item

please note that you will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs , unless the item is defective or there was an error on our part. in these cases, we will cover the return shipping costs ;)

once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. if your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. please allow 2-3 weeks for the refund to be processed and credited back to your account
